Debt negotiation seems to be increasing as a viable strategy for individuals struggling with debt. For the past several years I have been oberserving the debt consolidation market quite closely and it is more and more difficult to guage what you are getting for the investment in debt settlement. I am personally aware there are quite a few debt companies in the market that provide terrific debt solutions and the debt cusotmers truely benefit, but I also know there are a large group of debt consolidation companies out there that are only focused on collecting new customer fees and bringing in new clients. I am sure this is why there obviosly is all this new govt regulation surrounding the debt consolidation industry. My brother in law used a debt negotiation company and is honestly very super satisfied with the overall results.
